The rate of cards were high for a while and i had infact listed at a rate lowest rate in stack. Why is it seen with suspicious?
Its a security measurement against hijacked accounts so scammers cant just sell the entire inventory of a account at lowest "buy now" price.
With this new restriction the original owner has more time to get their account back before his items are being sold by the scammer.
It triggers automatically if a items get sold a certain amount under the current average market value.
