Dying light in germany?

I am from Bulgaria but right now i am in Germany.. I want to play Dying light while i am in here,i can buy the game trhought my steam account,but the game is actually banned in this country.So my question is can i still download and play it from my steam account.. or its illegal? I am confused.Because when my friend search the game throught his steam acc,he cannot find it(because its blocked i assume).But when i search for it i can buy it and probbably can download it.Will that be a problem?

You can play your owned game just fine.

as long as your account is tied to bulgaria and not germany, i do not think you should have any problems purchasing the game, that is assuming you are only temporarily there

You can play Dying Light fine in Germany. I have it myself and i am a German living in Germany.

it is indexed, not "banned". just sale is restricted. owning and playing and also acquiring it by other means is completely ok.

Dying Light is only not available on german Steam store because Valve cannot legally binding guarantee that the person buying it is 18+. There is a legal distinction between buying and owning something. And owning the game is perfectly fine.

You cant.

And it should not be necessary either way as when you moved into another country you usually don't move again that shortly.
