Steam is the best place for Sex games

I mean personally I don't buy them, but everyone deserves to have what they enjoy easily accessible, so i'm glad to see Steam making it easy for people to enjoy their games.

Ah thats a common confusion. Those games are "General Mature Content" they are not controlled by the Adult only sexual content check. There are two different preferences that people often get confused about here - https://store.steampowered.com/account/preferences/

Adult only sexual content is only for straight up adult games and would not remove any games like that from the store.

I think the issue is that the adult filter doesn't remove ecchi games. Games that aren't labeled as adult because they don't really contain porn but are still NSFW.
