Steam Deck Upgrades
So I'm thinking of getting the base model of the steam deck in order to save money, and perform upgrades myself later on. I say this because I recall many people stating that the steam deck is like a PC in that you can upgrade it like you would a PC. That being said, I know how to change out the SSD so I can put in potentially greater than 64 GB SSDs into it. However, I'm unsure of how to upgrade anything else, and I should clarify meaning I want to upgrade internal components. I have tried to find videos on how to upgrade things like the CPU or RAM (not that I want to ASAP), but it seems content creators have only upgraded the steam deck using external work such as a video I saw of an external heat sink and fan, or a normal GPU. Can we change the CPU, RAM, et cetera?

official replacement parts and their diy guides:

there are aftermarket parts for the Deck:
fans, batteries, controller things, screens and ssds definitely exist.

the rest can be considered impossible for the time being.

example aftermarket analogue sticks:

the channel is also helpful if you look into pc gaming handhelds in general as it also shows the Decks real competitors, which are not something from Nintendo.
