Is it Possible to use Stem ID to add Money to Steam Wallet?

is it possible to make Transfer from bank to steam by using the Steam ID code?

neither of the options in steam wallet work for me for reasons (won't brake it down), i need a bank transfer option to be able to buy

so i hope its possible to use Steam ID for it, if not Team Stem make bank transfer possible with Steam ID, i bet this would also attract new ppl to steam to, ppl who have similar issues

why master Card option doesn't work:
UE made paying with master card more complicated i can't buy new games unless steam makes a bank transfer option, u know option where u go to bank and make transfer

Cause Dumb EU mandates they made paying with MasterCard to complicated/troublesome so for me it would be easier if i could go to bank and transfer funds directly from bank, otherwise i can't buy anything

EU made it ore complicated, they ask internet bank log in data but internet bank is 2much of a hassle, i had internet bank years ago and i closed the account its to much of a hassle pyrocracy, i need easier simpler way, i hate the internet bank acc thing, i always loose my log in data cause their security is higher and more complex SH, i cant make it easier in internet bank, but without it it doesn't let me use my master card

1. i have a limit how much a day i can spend or take out from it

2. i am notified about awry transaction

so if there is unauthorized transaction i can close the account and transfer the remaining money back to my main account, i have take all the precautions so this BS on the picture is totally unnecessary

and my main bank accounts online use option is locked (my second acc has that unlocked)

cause of this SH i feel like i half to go back to my pirate days, when i downloaded games from torrent sites :(

As of right now, there is no direct ACH option. It is assumed that someone using a bank can use alternative payment linking methods such as PayPal if they want to use that bank account.

All of the issues you have listed are either due to your country or bank's limitation, not Steam.

As stated, use PayPal with the bank account linked. If not available in your country, unsure what other options exist.

well i said the options don't work for me (including paypal), and i explained only why master card option for a reason to avoid explaining paypal issue, paypal is shady and political and i don't want to make this this type of discussion like my previous, reason i only explained my master card problem (that EU made it complicated) to avoid making it political discussion

Steam could help, if there was a reason for them to do so. I mean Valve knows about banks and ACH transfers. They didn't forget. So one must ask, why doesn't the option exist already? Once you know that you should be able to understand why your specific needs don't warrant action on Steam's part.

But with your issues aside, either Valve is working on the problem to be able to accept MasterCard in the EU. Or the cost/benefit means again they don't have a reason to. Lots of user want to use X FOP under Y circumstances and lots of those combinations just aren't supported. There's other payment options and being stuck on wanting to do it just so is a possible recipe for unhappiness, so beware.

I think a main reason you cannot transfer money to your steam account like you can transfer to normal bank accounts is that steam is not a bank.

Your steam wallet has steam credits, not actual currency

Valve would have to acquire a banking license to make this possible, including the legal can of worms coming along with that.

Such a feature would facilitate money laundry which governments in civilized parts of the world got a thing or two to say about. By the means of obligations.

Be glad that Steam is a video games store, not a bank. I sure AF wouldn't want to submit identification to open a Steam account (or Uplay account or whatever, you get the idea).

i remember Cabal Online has option to buy Item Shop money with bank transfer (Played it long time ago when it was new mmo)

If Valve doesn't want to, no. Especially not if there are various payment providers that can be used already. Your choice is to either use the ones provided, or not buy things.

It is an "EU issue" and Valve is not a bank after all it is known as a "bank transfer" and banks are regulated. More importantly tougher restrictions came into place to combat money laundering.

available payment methods always depend on the country.

Steam supports/ed the cashterminal payment method. that process required the account name for some reason, afaik

that your normal bank would provide something like this is quite unlikely. it would be more likely that they just sell wallet codes to redeem on Steam.
