OK so I Have Posted this multiple times and it's gotten deleted way to many times for no reason My game will no work it is just a black screen with sound please help cause i relaly want to play this game

Game Starts Upside down in start cut scene and now The game don't launch

So I've been having this problem from day 1 when I start up th game the VERY first cut scene is upside down like WTF? and now I come back to play it and all I am getting is a Black screen with sounds nothing else no picture

Absoultely Ridiculous!!!!

So after a bit I wanted to play Sniper Ghost Warrior, being as it is probably one of the best stealth shooter games out there. Well I load the game up and what happens? I get nothing but a Black screen with sound that's it,honestly I want a refund cause' i know can't even play this game due to some bullshitee. I have emailed Steam support on this issue as well as CI games,the devolpers of this game and I have got nothing bacl this is absoulutly dumb on so many levels I WANT A REFUND!!!

It's so bad and frustrating when we don't get an answer... I had this problem with some Steam Games sometimes, I solved it once by uninstalling and reinstalling Steam from the start; and another time I just couldn't download the game to Steam Console in my computer, so I did it at another computer and it worked, when I started it again from my own computer it worked... Hope you can solve it or get an answer from them! Regards!

you have over 2 hours of playtime in the game so its not automatic, you may get one but your no longer entitled to one

oh and steam support is slow legendarily bad, you will get an answer but it will probably take some time

lol, if I could refund my games every time I ran into a problem with one ...

Sounds like you didn't even bother doing troubleshooting? And it seems you were able to play it fine at some point.

You do realize that computers need love often, right ? As in driver updates, OS updates, hardware replacement (when that applies), etc, among other things.

Sounds like you may have a driver issue and maybe the problem can easily be fixed with a little help from the community, but you seem to want to just scream "refund" without even trying to fix it.

If you are going to be a PC gamer, you have to troubleshoot things like this from time to time and not just jump on the refund train everytime a game does not run on your system if it meets the requirements for that game of course.

As stated above, you have 2.1 hours in the game so you are juuuuust over the limit of 2 hours. Ask for a refund but if they say no, then please accept that as no. Thanks.
