Hearts Of Iron IV: Augustus Mussolini Files

as you may know, in the "characters" folder in hoi4's files, each country has their own Text document where every Charakter of that country gets their attibutes + a path for their portrait. I want to change the "August Mussolini" portrait, but couldn't find any trace of the characters as a whole in the "ITA" document (the one, where every italian leader should be in)...
Does anybody know, where he is located in the game files?
