Location of the notification box

Usually the notification popups appeared in the bottom right corner for me.
But since yesterday,they started to appear in the top left corner sometimes.
When i restart steam its fixed sometimes,other times it doesnt do anything.

Was this part of a recent update?
Anyone else having this issue?

I would hope that there's now a way to manally adjust where it appears...

Yea but i had it at different locations for the same game.
For now its back to normal again but sometimes the location changes in the middle of the game and i got no idea what causes that.
Like,i start up a game,see a notification on the bottom right,check the chatbox to talk with a friend and browse something on steam,close the overlay.....
Then i get another notification and this time its on the top left and it keeps appearing there till i restart steam.
