Is there a way to block "free" games in library and advertisement?
I find this rather annoying that someone puts so called free games into my library and I constantly keep getting information and advertisement about them.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening and to block this kind of crap?

I am absolutely not interested in this kind of pay-to-win-garbage. I thought I made that clear to Steam. Is there a way to lock the library? I really do not like when stuff is added without my permission.

Please can someone help me? I want to deal with this once and for all.

Exclude free to play tag?

And.

Add your free to play games to a collection, then manage->remove from account? Looks like you cannot bulk remove them tho.

Remove them from your library/your account.

With the new UI free to play games that you've played in the past are shown in the library. Other than that, no games are actively added to your library unless you do it yourself. You can remove those games from your account by rightclicking them, choosing manage and then remove them.

If you find that you still get new free games added to your account, you might want to consider where you're logged in and who has access to your account.

there is nothing you library that you did not put yourself in there.

f2p games can be removed here:
https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/
or rightclick -> manage -> remove ... on the game in the library

everything else can be also removed from your account via Steam support.
