Minors still have an address and that is what is needed.
As for loot boxes, Dota2 and CS:GO loot boxes were modified for those specific regions, in a way that they ARE legal and allowed.
Lost Ark may have chosen not to change how they work in those countries, so are not allowed in them.
It is up to the developer of the game to make their software compliant with local laws of a country.
If you wish to see a change in your country, you will need to talk to your government about how to go about doing so.
These things are extremely complex problems that have been a heritage from for-profit behavior.
Companies are designing stuff in a way that gets people to buy into them, meaning they're making food purposely addictive. There is an entire class of research being done for the food industry which looks at human behavior and responses. They found out for example if you overuse sugar, you're going to eat more of it. This is because hunger and thirst are confused, and when the blood vains saturate, you want more of it. The same effect can be seen with salt. You add more salt to it, people will eat more of it.
As the amount of salt and sugar is high in the blood, other vital components are further widely spread per cm^3 in the blood. Hense it also makes people slower, more easily tired, etc.
As such, and since the food industry's goal is to make money (not to provide food. Making food is just a means to it) there is diffidently reasons for people to blame the food industry for obesity. Keep in mind that it is entirely based on the fact that people also feel 'relief' and 'reward' when eating. It only works in a society where there is a lot of unhappiness and pressure put on people and their own image and their performance. The industry abuses this for profit, by making people fall deeper into it. And it creates this elitism stagnation.
What I mean by that last part is that various factors, such as having been bullied or not contribute to the outcome. And those who have only seen light in life and were as such 'privilaged' (having good parents, etc.), are extremely unlikely to fall into this same rabbit hole. It doesn't help that a number of elitists get a kick out of being viewed as a better example in life. Since there can only be a small number of elitists, it all works out well for the industry that profits from this.

However do note that that said... as that guy is trying to make clear in that video as well, if you're capable of resisting it, if you have a mind capable of choosing, then its still a choice.
but the problem is that it stops being a choice, due to the mind's adaptation. Brains get trained, stomach grows bigger, it just wants to keep repeating stuff, so they feel impulses of extreme discomfort if they don't do what their body keeps telling them to. Aside that it is stress relief. Eating is a providing them with means of escapism from depression, etc.
So it stops being a choice that they can control.
Its like as if something keeps pulling their arm to the other option or constantly getting ads in your screen till you accidentally click on them, etc. They're being manipulated on the outside and on the inside, so they eat. And corporate business know these things and abuse it for greens.
If you give an alcoholic (alcohol addiction) a bottle of beer... or just a folder you found somewhere with beer brands, he will in more likelyhood drink. If you didn't give that he might have more likely resisted. Its like that.
There is also the part that choices can only be made if you have a clear picture of all options. Perhaps information is being kept from you or you're being blinded by only one option, seeing nothing else.
There is a problem with loot crates. People live in this fantasy that blinds them and they feel forced to buy more, because they have to keep up, or whatever. Its just an example of how it can go. Anyway the consequence is that they steal their parents credit card or lie about it.
They get themselves into financial trouble because they don't feel it, so they're unaware of what it even means at that point (due to blindness). They can't think straight, so they can't choose straight either.
