Have you actually tried a manual ticket, btw?
False. People wanting to get informed look at positive and negative reviews. Give the appropriate review, else you're giving false reviews.
You're over the time limit, you're not likely going to get a refund unless Valve is feeling generous, or EA allows Valve to give refunds for over 2 Hours.
Much different with Epic store, in Epic refund video games really easy and the money back to paypal or epic wallet.
Like the past Steam refund, but now Steam refund look video games WTF this is not professional
I saw a report that said "steam are giving refunds for battlefield 2042" and that staement is true.
It does not mean ALL requests though, and that's where idiots started to add their qhispers sadly.
Different companies have different procedures.
What you need to remember is that Epic are currenty DESPERATE to attract trade and will offer anything to do that, it's why they have free games after all.
EA did this when Origin first atarted. They were very free and easy with refunds, but now they're in a better position, they aren't.
1) Steam - The Steam refund offer, within two weeks of purchase and with less than two hours of playtime
2) Epic - Games and products are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase. However, you must have less than 2 hours of runtime on record.
