Button to contact steam support is nowhere to be found!
I have a steam market issue that cant find help in the support pages and, if i recall correctly, in the past there was a button on the bottom of some of those pages to create a support ticket. Any help is appreciated. Thx in advance!

You have to go through 'Help' at the top of the client and then use the wizard https://help.steampowered.com/en/
yes that part i did already like i stated in my original post

What is the exact issue? If it's not within the wizard then all the information is likely contained in their knowledge base articles.
i assume market = community market

there is virtually no reason to contact Steam support for anything regarding the community market as most "impacting" problems are known, mostly temporary and affecting everyone anyway.

what is the actual issue?

The issue was the client stating i had an active buy order on a card but on the market page it wasnt there.. so i couldnt make new buy order or cancel my last order ( im guessing the steam app was being overrun by requests.. because now its all good). Couldnt find anything on the knowledge base but the issue here is that before there were buttons to create tickets and now i couldt find them

There's quite a few threads on this in the community forum. Typically it's just server issues due to the influx of requests and market usage during the sale. Things tend to iron themselves out usually in a few hours when it comes to these issues.
Yes as they did... but is there no "Contact Steam Support" button on the bottom of the support pages? Was it removed?

The contact support button appeared on a lot of pages but I'm guessing it was scaled back on some so users who were reviewing market articles didn't get mislead or angry when they hit the button and realised the wizard didn't cater for market issues.

They have spent a long time trying to ensure only legitimate tickets reach them (about 300k active at any given time) and this has meant avenues have been reduced or removed entirely.
I see.. thx for the clarification!
