the end date of the cert is displayed in the screenshot
the game dev has to update the certificate of that webserver to make this error to disappear.
i dont know what else depends on it but if proceeding anyway lets you run the game ... there is not much you can really do to "fix" it.

It does work. Now every time I open FSX-SE, no more certificate warnings, and it opens with the page that says "if you had access to Internet, you would see the fsinsider.com page here".
Since FSX-SE doesn't have direct access to live weather since a long time anyway, cutting it from Internet isn't a problem, except maybe for social flying, which I don't do.
The certificate warning wasn't a life or death issue, but it was becoming annoying over time.
