Friend keeps being unfriended automatically from Steam.

This issue happened hundreds of times and it seems i'm the only one with this issue.
One of my friends keeps being automatically unfriended from me. Sometimes i log in and find him missing from my friend list, completely at random. I always have to search him in the community tab and add him again. He confirms that he never tried to unfriend me once therefore it's probably a bug on steam that literally doesn't want us two to be friends. This is getting very annoying also because it only happens to this specific friend. Any ideas?

There has never been an "unfriend" bug. Someone has to manually unfriend the other for it to happen.

If there was a bug in the system where people are randomly being unfriended, there would be a lot more complaints here in the forums.

Nobody ever had this issue. I don't see why you would be the only one.

Ppl missing from my list - I removed them or they removed me. Simple math.

This is happening to me and my friend too... Literally every time we play together we have to re-search and re-friend each other. Very annoying.

I'm necroposting now without having a solution but I also got this problem
