inventory related to a game that has a vac ban are permanently locked to the account and cannot be traded. if they are locked to the account, you never lost them and can never lose them.
There are no skins to receive back as you never lost them. If you are referring to being able to trade the skins, you cannot as they are locked to the account which is part of the vac ban punishment. Simply carry on with this account you posted from, avoid cheating, format your pc to remove any traces of cheats and don't link your account to others (phone / library sharing).
They still have their skins. In fact they're permanently tied to the account so they cannot even be stolen from a scammer.
Silver lining.
Vac ban only bans by detecting known cheats, so if you oot a VAC ban and it wasn't automatically removed after a few days you were cheating.
Also you haven't lost the skins, they will remain on your account forever.
VAC bans means you cheated. If you didn't cheat, Valve would automatically remove the ban from your account. Therefore, if you're still upset that you have a VAC ban, you cheated.
Or the account was compromised and the hijacker cheated.
Either way, the user is responsible for all action taken on their account.
And as you said, the skins are still there. They can be used in no-VAC protected games.
True, i'll use the royal you to refer to the account instead of the user. Of course OP could have used skin changer or any other number of programs that he felt wasn't a cheat but is treated as such too.
