How to hide nsfw games from your friends and from others seeing it on your profile?
- So, I have a few nsfw, is there an option to hide these titles from my friends from them seeing it.

There is no option to choose what games to hide singly, but you'll need to go to your profile settings then "privacy settings" and change the game to private.

You don't buy and/or play them on that account. You have a separate account for such things.

I don't even get the whole "not safe for work" thing. I'm not in the gaming business at all -- no game is "safe for work", since I'm not supposed to play when I'm claiming to work.

I think there's an option in your Privacity Settings of your Steam Profile.

Try to check it out exploring your Settings Menu.

Also, I think it is possible to hide your time played about each game you played...

but I'm not sure...

That's for All games not specific games. OP just wants to hide select games. That is not possible. It's either hide all or none.

Would you discuss playing "Hentai MegaMilk 69" with your co-workers that play say, WoW for example? Would you be fine with them seeing the game on your shelf during a Teams call? Work life and private life can also be intertwined. You might hang out with some of your co-workers outside of work. Keeping that in mind, there's clearly games that are safe for work and games that are not.
