It is working as intended.
Original post date will never change.
It was abused by users who kept on deleting and reposting them to stay the top of the most recent reviews.
I think there can be at least a cooldown for reposting reviews instead of forcing player to live in the empty white void past,
I officially give up on Steam reviews now.
The games are not stuck at a date, but more information is provided for users who read the reviews.
Why does the date of your review matter? The content is still the same, and unless your wanting to keep it at the top of new reviews by constantly deleting and re-adding it its going to gone within a day or two as it is.
So you want people to constantly delete their reviews and re-post them to make them more visible?
I've been writing reviews long before the award thing because I enjoy sharing that one little thing that I like about the game. and rest assured I'm not interested in the awards.
Or am i? Mwahahaha!
No. Valve changed it long before the awards were a thing.
Yep. They would also do it to reset down votes of the review, so now it all carries over. I think they were changed around the same time.
yeah this is dumb
maybe its a good review stop being so negative
