HOW TO REMOVE MARKET LISTING HOLD?

It says you need to use a mobile authenticator for remove listing hold. I installed Steam app yesterday on my phone and enabled mobile authentication , But still there is that listing hold when i want to sell an item, i got a csgo case when its price was 150rub and now its 80

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I DO?

Remove the item and then relist it this time using the authenticator.

I do it and use the app to confirm listing and it still says item needs to be held for 15 days,

then mobile auth was not enabled for 7+ days. if that is the case, the hold will no longer occur.
