Your profile will appear as Private to anyone not on your Friends List, but people on your Friends List will be able to see your profile and anything on it- like showcases, background, badges, comments, etc.
Those are the options we have right now, there is no other way to hide the badges shown on the right pane. It would be nice if we could toggle the community Patron and Community contributor badges on or off, and it has been asked for multiple times in the Suggestions & Ideas subforum. But for now, we cannot move or hide them other than by using Profile Privacy settings. (At least not without writing custom scripts for the webpage, which is what your profile is. And you are on your own to search for guides or instructions on whether that is possible or not.)
Best luck to you in all you do.
items/wallet funds on the account or to temporarily using it to scam others.
inventory value and "social grading" are the major factors to land on a possible victim lists.
badges are not any factor, also not needed. not even a public account is needed.
lets assume you have a private account and just for your examples...
how many games you have:
https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197998737214/recommended/
mentioned there too and of course in every review itself.
this can only be prevented if you never have any public review.
account creation date:
your id 76561197998737214, this is always public info since it is your profile identifier. it was designed to be incremental.
you just have to check accounts around it and you will also get may 19th 2008 ± 1 day.
you can not prevent that at all.
