MINIMUM:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 8.1 64bit
Processor: Intel Core i7-3770 / AMD FX-9590 or better
Memory: 10 GB RAM
Graphics: GTX 670 2GB / AMD R9 280 better
DirectX: Version 11
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Storage: 20 GB available space
Additional Notes: SSD is highly recommended or expect longer than average load times.

i doubt it will even start considering it kinda wants 10GB of Ram.

but there are always refunds if you buy the Game and see if its works.:cleanseal:

I have played rust on 8gb of ram without any issues.
But this was a while back tho, maybe they have updated the game so much that it can't run anymore i don't know.

Modern RUST uses 10-12+GBs of RAM easily, considering the OS consumes up to 4GB of RAM you can see why 8GB is not enough

You need 16GBs of RAM, otherwise you'll be reading/writing all of the other data to/from the drive, while reading/writing for the game itself AND the OS which could cause instability, crashes, and extreme load times
