Next time, just decline the trades you don't want.
Normally a user will cancel all of their offers if they didn't make them (account compromised).
I know you basically near nothing about this or even care, but i felt obligated to respond.
You get a big fat warning for it.
The only reason to cancel a trade after you had confirmed it two times already is when you weren't the one who made it. It's a nuke option to prevent your inventory being traded away after a hijack.

There is no reason to cancel all your trades unless your account is somehow compromised and you're using it to save items that were traded without your knowledge
Cancel trade is intended for trades you did not authorize, not trades one has changed their mind on. So the only option is to cancel ALL trades and receive a 7 day cool down.
It isn't fair to the other user that the trade was canceled. They traded in good faith, with the expectation that the trade would go though.
This makes it so one will think twice about canceling an authorized trade.
