Steam points for level up

So Im 4 lvl rn and i want to reach lvl 5. I did most of the ''steam tasks'' i could and i have 2k steam points. How can i use those points to lvl up?

you can't use points for lvl up, finish the Community Ambassador badge and you'll reach lvl 5

Well, than wait until winter sale and buy the inevitable badge from there. Maybe there's even a bonus badge, though I guess that chance is slim with having the points badge now.

Oh man that's really unfortunate. I barely got any games on steam and I didn't use steam for 2 years. I just got in coz I needed 5 lvl on steam for an account and I heard they recently removed it. Thanks for the help though apreciate it

Chances are whatever you need a level for it's not worth it anyway and will lead to scam attempts later down the line.

Aw! I was going to use the rest of my points to level up the debut collection badge. For the life of me I couldnt find the damn thing.

Having been informed here, only to learn the debut collection badge has retired. Total bummer!
