How do I see achievements for all games ie Average Game Completion Rate?

Put the rarest achievement showcase up your profile. That'll show you the average game completition rate.

I still don't see how to do it.

Go to your profile, and click the "edit my profile" button, which is on the right hand side of that page (ish).

From the page that comes up, choose the showcase, and it'll show windows of things like achievement showcase, review showcase and so on. You'll note at the top of each of these windows is a dropdown menu. Click on that and choose the achievment showcase.

Save your profile and it'll show up with a concurrent achievement tally, as I have on my profile.

When I go to edit my profile the only options are:
- General
- Avatar
- Profile Background
- Mini Profile
- Theme
- Featured Badge
- Favorite Group
- Privacy Settings

you can also use 3rd party sites for managing and looking at your achievement stats.
for example a few good ones:

Are you level 10 or higher on the profile?
Your profile is private so cant see it

If you are go to https://steamcommunity.com/my/edit/showcases
And add a showcase or change what you have to achievements then you will see it, you can then change back (or not save and just see it there) to not change what you have on your profile

So for now you can use the 3rd party tools (even that they likely ask you to go public at least for a moment so they can be used)
When you get to level 10 you will be able to have the showcase that shows it for you (I have one like that on my profile)
if you yet to do the community badge or finish that, it may help to push you to level 10
