A friend in my friend list has sent me a SUSPICIOUS link.
One of my old friends in steam (didn't know in IRL) has sent me a SUSPICIOUS to vote for his team or somethin like that, (I cant remember the link) so I've tried opening it using my MOBILE PHONE, but after opening it I immediately close it, I didn't login or anything, so the question is what will happen? can my account be compromise? (I'm using the same phone for my steam guard)...

It's a known scam, your friends account was most likely taken over by someone else and now they're trying to lure you into doing the same thing.

Opening the site won't do any harm, trying to log on using your Steam account otoh... But it's simple to check: if you're logged onto Steam and then open that website you'll know that it's a scam the moment they ask you to log in again. Legit websites which use the Steam API will recognize your current session.

In other words: if you're logged into Steam (you are when you can post messages) then any website which provides a legit way to log in through Steam will never ask for a username and password. So the moment a website does then you'll know that it's a scam (better put: a phising website).

Best to remove and block that "friend" of yours, at least for now.

why are you distributing a link to a website you believe to be suspicious?

Remove the link.
Nothing will happen to your account if you didn't log into the site.
NEVER click on suspicious links - or reproduce them here.

Your friend has either had his account hacked or is a scammer.

Report, delete, ignore.

S.x.
