they have not changed the libyan flag yet.

its not a big deal but the flag is a bit out dated now

Well, he's right, though. Steam still displays the all green flag that has been discontinued in 2011 when the government changed.

Its not bait though? The flag currently used is no longer the flag Libya flies.

Libya reverted to its 1951 flag from 2011 onwards after the Arab Spring and Gaddafi's rule ended. Interestingly Gaddafi got into power in 1969 and changed the flag a few times since before ending up with the green flag.

Just the basic history behind that incase anyone is wondering why the flag was changed.

Steam uses a geo service that has to be updated by the service they use, so until that happens it will stay the same. I'm not sure whom they are using either.
