Stuff like time played?
or Stuff like cloud save?
PD2 should have a folder in appdata or someplace. There are guides to reset achievements you can look up for exact instructions but in general you have to go into steam and turn off cloud save for all games, then go to the game itself in its properties and turn off cloud save for the game.
Remove file, restart steam. Start game to create a clean new save. Exit game.
Turn back on cloud save in both steam and the game, restart steam then start game... it should ask you what save you want to have in cloud the new or old one.
This will not remove steam inventory items like safes or skins or reset playtime, but it will reset achievements and in game stuff. <I think, I've never done it specifically for PD2>
Not sure where TF2 falls in that regard as they do have some steam inventory items and the game is made by valve so not sure where they draw the line in terms of game stuff vs steam stuff.
-When I say 'tutorials' I'm referring to what's in the main menu. I think the button was called 'Practice' or 'Training', where they go over certain classes like the Spy, Engineer and Soldier and teach you how they work.
-Sometimes the inventory holds items that are untradeable and cannot be sold on the Steam Community Market, too. I wanna start anew, not just get rid of whatever items I can and call it a day. You get what I mean?
-Lastly, Idk if I can actually reset my achievements, since they're linked to Steam. I mean, I'm not totally denying the idea that it's possible but still, just figured I'd point that out.
I know the process I described above is intended to reset achievements for PD2 since they would ban people for using programs to alter their achievements. I would assume that would work the same for TF2. Good Luck!
