When can I re-send a friend request?
I want to add somebody and I've sent a friend request to him. After nothing happened for a few days, I've decided to re-send it. ( for the case he didn't notice it ) I know that I can't re-send just a few moments after I cancelled the previous one. My question is, how long do I have to wait till I can send a new friend request?

Pls no answers like " you need to have 5€ account value ...." ( I have spent about 550€ :D )

I'm sure, I mean, I've talked to him a long time ago already and deleted him for any reason. I would be really surprised if he blocked me.

Na. I got the message: " Can't send friend request atm. Please try again later "
I mean, if you cancel a friend request, Steam says: " You won't be able to send a new quest instandly. "
