fo3, meh, but really, nope.
for fo4 your "tablet" is way under spec and for fo3 the cpu is borderline meh above minimum but the main killer is that you do not have a discrete gpu anyway.
all betrashda games are already problematic because what they are using to build their games is a piece of 20 year old garbage that gets bandaided until it somehow works on modern hardware.
the main IMPORTANT thing about running software, this includes video games, is the HARDWARE. what operating system is installed is a secondary concern.
so it is essential PC user knowledge that you can interpret system requirements and know what hardware you are using, especially for video games.
sony, microsoft and nintento have great solutions for people that dont wanna learn that.
