Skid row was a thing before a little piracy group came along.
At the very least it refers to our poor and homeless population, and a rock band from the 80's.
Don't let the terrorists win, moderators.
People were posting about cracking games using the name. That is why it is whitelisted.
This is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up way to live. We'll run out of words.
White list -> things to allow when everything else is restricted by default
Black list -> things to restrict when everything else is allowed by default
If the word is 99 % used in one way in a certain community, yes.
Torrent is a great way to share data between group members and often used in open source projects (before github and the like became as popular as they are now) and is often used in academia.
99 % someone mentions (and probably uses) it on the internet is for piracy.
Hitler is the signature cocktail of the ♥♥♥♥&Tail, a bar in South Africa. If someone says how awesome Hitler was ... it's probably not about the cocktail.
So all three are perfectly fine for moderation.
Edit:
Same goes for the other word for rooster.
You don't seem to be very concerned with the homeless or 80s rock bands on the Steam forums. In fact, when another player said he wanted a game on Steam you suggested that he pretend to be homeless and beg for money on the street so he could buy it.
