that is 20 posts since june 1st and not all are your anticipated "big" problem.
That was a stupid problem, its ok to have some problems. All systems do have problems. But how they are behaving, has clicked in mah brain, and sounded a alarm bell. Dont seem that I was the first, nor the recent, seems that they are locking small amounts.
Just saing, have a eye on then; they been acting really suspicious these past month or so.
If they stole the money that's a crime you could go on justice for that for sure... But how long did u wait?
Like OP, some users have problems making payments with a national credit card, and are spreading fake information, instead of buying by "boleto bancário" (an identified bank deposit), which would work without problems.
I never had any problems with BoaCompra, and my almost 1,000 games were purchased through this company.
