Restrictions cannot be bypassed for obvious reasons.

You added Steam mobile guard today? Just now?

If so then in exactly 168 hours down to the very last minute you can use the Steam guard to list items on market with the app, and approved of trades with the app, also when trading with someone, they need it as well the Steam mobile guard app, and both need to approve the trade if both parties sending each other items.

You can't remove it. You'll have to wait until it naturally goes away.

All these hoops and loops courtesy of the people who can't keep a tight leash on their own accounts.

how come they said. that u can instantly trade your item after having steamguard. and after using my steamguard for 3yeards. they changed thier policy by adding 7days cooldown on item even u have steamguard or not.

Your account is limited so you can't trade anyway.

There always been a cooldown, before you can instant trade, or list on market, they only reduce it from 15 days to 7 days.

Limit accounts can not sent items to anyone, period, they can accept items, but they can not trade out items. That why need to pay the $5 USD onto your account, you can use that $5 for anything you want on Steam, and that how it been since 2015. That 5 years ago.

For your info.. i tried it with 2 of my steam account that rechanged more than 5% or spent more than that.. but they`re experienced trade hold too!! and Before Tradehold Before May 26 2020 if u have steamguard. you wont expiernce trade hold if u have steamguard for more than 15days !,, after that date, every time u trade your item it need to cooldown before it can be trade again ..

You have to buy something once a year on Steam, for you to be able to continue using the system as you want to.

You must do that on ALL of your accounts.

It's pretty simple and stated directly in every step of the process. You might want to try READING the process and instructions, as well as all the warnings.
