Norton 360 screwed up the Steam Community Login?

I wanted to sign in on ToonHUD, but Norton 360 ****ed up the Steam Community login entirely.

Is there a couple of reason why Norton 360 is an AV Monster?

Q: How do I unblock blocked websites on Norton 360?

A: Click "Settings" and then click the "Child" picture icon. Click "Web" in the left pane and then click "Specific Web Sites to Allow." Enter the URL of the website you want to unblock in the "Enter a Web Site" field. Click "Add to List" and then click "OK" to unblock the website.

Me: There's no Child picture icon.

Just checked the side, yes Norton is blocking the Steam feature, but it took me just 2 clicks to use it.
