No.
A download manager would not work on Steam and I'd say it would be against some download security and privacy rules like not be allowed to access your profile to save the file to.
Just find them and click install.

No, also there about 30 - 40 games you can claim free per hour, so you need to add them all to your account license first, before you can download them.

You can select them all at once from library list, and mass install.

Why would you want that? I prefer to browse free games first.. I mean 90% of them are trash

there is a way to ADD all free licences to your account via script. Do note that you can only add 50 licenses per hour.

I use that too, because I like to have everything. lol
You can theoretically then sort your library for F2P games, mark everything and install everything.
