Suddenly items unmarketable?

I crafted a few game badges recently from trading cards, the classic ones where you receive an emoticon and a profile background. Those are usually all sellable.

there's a week restriction I know that but now suddenly I don't see any restriction on them and it simply says untradable/not marketable. (They can still be turned to gems though.)

What gives?

What game? Look and see if it was removed from the store.

Games are Slime Rancher and Viking Squad. Both still in shop. Heck, even got items from Rambo: The videogame which is gone and they're still marketable.

the red restriction notice on the item is simply not visible.

Being removed from the store doesn't always mean that the items can't be marketed. If Valve still has a business relationship with the company they can still send them their cut of any market sales. It's when Valve or the publisher cuts ties that items become unmarketable.
