You don't even have to say anything, just respond to the call and immediately hang up. Just like when someone buttdials you.

Or regular dials you, because only monsters make phone calls when a text or email is sufficient.

Everyone wants the rewards without being forced to interact with others. It's like player an mmo and a quest requires you get get another person to help you.

that is easy to overcome. assume their ethnicity, gender, religion, education and insult everything. if they can overcome that and talk their way out of this then they have a functional rational brain and it will end in a productive conversation.

works great and saves time.
