Average time of refund request.

Hello, I have recently made a refund requestt, and was told it would take about 3 hours.'

It has been 24 hours and still no reply. Even with the steam sale, this seems a little extreme. So I am kind of worried. How long should I wait.

Says 50 minutes to 3 hours here https://store.steampowered.com/stats/support so I would cancel and resubmit as long as you still remain within the policy. You haven't recently reset your password or anything?

Not extreme at all. Many purchases, many refunds. I remember waiting 2 days for my refund to be granted.

Why wait? You can buy whatever you want now amd the refund will still process just fine.

Any account changes can add an extra security window - usually 3 days so keep your original request open. If you request the funds back to your wallet; the money should be returned within 24 hours of the refund being accepted. That is the quickest way.

how long the refund request answer can take and a note about your recent account changes should've been in the email you got.

Well, Im still kind of broke, I was gonna buy two 9.99 games, but my friend convinced me to buy a 12.49 game, which i dont like.
