remove steamworks?
I can't verfiy my files because of it. It just sits at 99%.

I will try that I delete it from tools and reinstalls again

what are you trying to verify?
and how do you know the shared distributables are the reason it doesn't finish?

Bo3 and because that's the last file it has to verify and it doesn't finish.
