There is absolutely no logical reason not to put the correct details in and a fake address may not even work as being unrecognised.
Addresses are NOT stored on Steam but when you are purchasing, the address must 100% MATCH your payment method billing address.
If you don't understand any of this, find someone within your household to read it and then explain it to you.
Do you live in the same house as them? If so you can't stop them knowing that you are playing games on Steam. If you use your own payment method they don't have access to they won't know how much or if you paid for the games.
Nothing is delivered to your home address. If you don't tell them, they likely wont know.
