Friend history?

I accidentally deleted one of my friends Bcs he changed his nick, can I find him back somehow?

Yes there are some 3rd party sites that can show this information, check your Historic Friends[steamid.uk] and re add him.

And add a nickname and make sure it's set in the future so you don't end up deleting someone you don't want deleted.

I never gave anything to patreon and I can view them. Wonder if that is a new feature, don't use it every day.

But I can log-in and still see peoples friend history.

why isnt it showing all my historical friends tho? its saying 70 historic friends and only shows like 20

Yes I see only a Patreon thing, no friend history :-(
