SteamLabs Interractive Recommender
I have to say that after trying out the Interactive Recommender I instantly found quite a few games that went on my wishlist.

It's a really nice tool, especially as I like to divide my attention between popular and nieche games.

You could also have a miniature model of it on the main screen where you could filter quickly through the current sales.

One "miscalculation" it did was recommending me a lot of magic only based games, I do like always dabbling a bit into magic systems in games, but I wouldn't really enjoy a full on Sorcerer experience.

Group memberships can take a bit to be approved. If you didn't immediately remove yourself from the group, check back again to see if you have posting rights.

Might be because I disbanded quite soon. But hey this is a Steam discussion, post is targeted towards Steam and I don't see you being a moderator, so if the message goes through then we'll never going to hear about it, and if Steam is unhappy they'll just remove the discussion, so it's a win/win for me.

I tried it and it just recommended me the same ♥♥♥♥ I get to see on the main steam page. Like DOTA 2, DOKI DOKI, VR CHAT, WARTHUNDER, etc. I never play MOBA's, I never play low-quality f2p crap from the CIS, I never play japanese-styled games, nor VN's, all the less so japanese-styled VN's, and for sure I don't have VR.

So what's the point of this steam labs? It doesn't differ from default steam recommendations of ungodly crap you can get on the main page. Where is this "machine learning" part?

No to your machine learning! Implied consent is not given from this user. If I like a game I will see it and buy it. If a game is recommended from a HUMAN that I know I will check it out and buy it.

If there is machine learning going on already than it happened without my knowledge and without my approval (consent).
