However i checked the login history and almost all were from my state, however they would change locations every 20 or so logins. All of the ones that im sure were me had the OS type 16.
I was getting logins from Arkansas, one from texas, one from california, and a few from canada.
How concerned should i be?

You got hijacked by giving your info to a third party scam site. Hate to break it to you, but csgo gambling sites are not legit.
Also, if you follow the guide here, you should be OK. JUst stop going to ANY external sites fullstop. If you wish to trade or sell anything do it within steam or not at all. Because all those sites out ther are scams.
