Can someone please tell me why the PopCap Power Pack just disappeared?
what the title says... It was a bundle of 23 different games by the developer PopCap Games. When the Summer Sale started, it seemingly vanished. Its address even redirects to the Steam homepage now!

I still see it listed on the Plants vs. Zombies store page, and was able to open the bundle page just fine. Could be a pricing issue where it's so low that it breaks the price tag for the region you are in. It's a thing that happens from time to time with some sale prices.

Wait, what? Seriously? Is there any way I could fix this problem and buy the package regardless?

Valve, or the publishers of the bundle are the only ones that can fix it. Till then it will stay taken off sale in your region.

bundles can not actually be additionally restricted. they inherit every restriction from the products they contain. if f.e. a game is not available for purchase or is not available in one country, it will simply be not in the bundle for that country.

Like I said before, it redirects to the homepage of steam.
I think what ExiledAlchemist said is right on the money, since I went to the Plants vs Zombies page where he said he could still see it, and it wasn't there. (My region is Brazil, by the way.)

Usually STEAM Store page redirect hints at not available in the region..but in this case it might just be a data fetching issue. Maybe try again a bit later.

Hmm. Alright. But just in case this happens again, do you know who I should contact to fix this kind of thing?

I've seen it happen when the price tag of said bundle falls below $0.00. One time the Saints Row the Third bundle was listed as -$0.10, and was instantly pulled from sale. It's a glitch that happens often during major sales, and more so with regional pricing. To prevent users from getting the game/bundle for free it gets taken off sale completely till the price is corrected.

How soon do they usually manage to fix this kind of issue?

No one knows. It depends on if anyone has reported it to the publishers, or Valve. If you want to report it then I suggest sending in a Steam support ticket on the matter, and try to send something to the publisher. Sadly PopCap Games got taken over by EA Games some years ago. Thus it is unknown if EA Games will even get back to you on this issue, or not. Still you can give it a try.

How would I go about doing that?

It has actually been happening for some days now. It's just that I thought the issue was limited to the desktop app. But I've been noticing this problem since the sale started.
