Yes, Valve hasn't seen it yet. With more than 100 million active profiles it's quite hard to keep track. Report profiles you think break the rules.

What's wrong with Soviet symbols anyway? Just because you don't like 'm doesn't make them bad. Instead of trying to force others what to (dis)like maybe you should force yourself to close your browser window whenever you come across such a profile. Live and let live and all that.

Other than that... what the others above said: report, block and move on.

Because that symbol is just a symbol of the country. Which used the worst way to run it and that caused millions to die from it.

Nazi symbol was made by people who directed their hate against a certain group of people only.

I'm sure you're comparing it to the nazi symbol btw.

Those people haven't been reported or just started to use the profile picture. Report them and Valve will take a look at the report but they probably get a lot of ones so it might take some time.

But they are pretty active on dealing with reports as of lately.
