Essentially now with Steam Direct games drop directly into the store (after a couple of weeks after being added to the system), and you are voting with your wallet, rather than voting on Greenlight (which was being scammed/manipulated fairly frequently), and then voting with your wallet anyway (apart from the trading card scam games which didn't need anyone to buy them to make money).

You don't. Steam Direct means, the developer pays a fee and gets to publish his product (after some general check, if it can be run and does not contain malicious software). You can check upcoming titles through the main page, but Direct isn't exactly something, you can look at.
