Well, your country didn't want the Euro.

Its not about not wanting the Euro , poland isnt ready for it , maybe in 20~25 years . no way in hell we would be able to handle the currency change right now,

I'm not taking any side in this, really. I just feel that it's not surprising that Steam switched to zloty instead of Euro since you don't have the Euro as your currency. The price discrepancy will likely get sorted out after a while. There's no objective reason why you should pay more than Euro-based countries (if anything, your prices should be lower). (Looking at the other thread about this topic it seems that some games are more expensive while others are substantially cheaper. Looks like Steam or the publishers need to tweak this a bit still.)

and what did you pay before on Steam?

that is what matters. starting now to compare it with retail prices is 14 years too late.

you pay less now then you did with euro.

What I'm not happy about is the fact that a number of games are unavailable, and chances are they will stay that way for a while.

Prices
I bought PUBG for 29.99$ charged me abour 120zł which is fair
Now the game costs 70zł which is about 19.99$

Why does this even happen, the price in $ is stil 29.99$ ???

In this case, BlueHole set the price in your currency to ~70zł.

You bought the game before the change over.

I paid 29.99$ for PUBG - 120zł

Now it's 70zł whereas the price in dollars is still 29.99$
