I have steam cloud and have not had any problems with save files, and I've played all three games multiple times on multiple files so that might have been fixed.
The only other bugs I can really think of is the loading times in Spyro 1 are bugged to load as slow as the ps4/xbox version, a little annoying but it only happens when you go into a portal the first time, you can travel back to any level and the loading is much faster. This is also only a problem in Spyro 1, the other games load fast.
Sometimes Sparx (the dragonfly that's your health) picks up gems for you, but very rarely he wont pick up a gem and you'll have to have Spyro run into it to collect it, but again, a little annoying is the worst it gets.
Other than those little things they did a really good job with the remakes and for 10 bucks it's an absolute steal, if you click the control stick Sparx will point you to any gems you missed so you don't run around looking forever, very useful and I don't think the game tell's you about it if you start with the first game.
- Steam save folder:
-the jump height is affected slightly but can be alleviated with an ini edit (found out myself)
-you can play on 30 but personally I did not see any problem on 90 (on 60 the magic of the wizards will fail)
Okay I'm legit not sure what you mean by "the magic of the wizards" lmao, are you referring to an FPS meme, or the door in Alpine Ridge that doesn't open? I faintly recall from my childhood that this level involves wizards.
yes im referring to alpine ridge sorry
I downloaded 'flawless widescreen' to get a higher field of view. The controls are perfect, It's night and day compared to the xbox version. The console version gives you tunnel vision and have a realy bad camera motion due to the 30fps. Maybe people find it great, but once you use 120fps you don't want to go back to 30fps. Movements are more pronounced and more enjoyable.
