Cannot climb ladder in Zephyr

I've cleared the entire level multiple times up until the ladder. The game simply will not let me climb the ladder there so I can get the last gems/cow things. And yes, I have the climbing ability before anyone asks.

Is this a bug? I didn't see any other mentions of it when I searched. The only bug I've had to deal with so far was in Alpine Ridge by lowering the FPS and the sliding. This I don't know wtf is going on.

Same BS here but it's the ladder in Glimmer instead. I just got the climbing ability and for some reason this single ladder doesn't work. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ programming.

I was able to climb other ladders when this was happening to me, yes.

Although at the time of writing I am able to climb the ladder just fine now. I don't know what caused the bug or why, I just know that one specific ladder would not cooperate.

I don't know what rectified it--perhaps just shutting off the game and going back in or what but it seemed to fix itself randomly.

Yep, many times a simple "turn it off and then back on" helps.
