Spyro 4 rumoured to be revealed on October 5

I'm only posting this here so that I'm not the only one who gets sad when it turns out to be fake.

Leaker claims the following:

The official announcement will take place on October 5

The title is "Spyro 4: Mystery of the Dragon"

Concept art reveals and developer diary videos will take place weekly after the announcement

Multi-Platform launch on Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC in Q4 2024 (2024 is the Year of the Dragon, which is the only thing that adds any credibility to this timeframe)

No RPG fighting like in the LoS series

Cynder is a playable character, with Spyro and Cynder both having unique story paths within different worlds, they don't meet one another, but their actions affect each others worlds

Levels and Hubs are still reflective of the original trilogy, but can change depending on the players actions and order of play

Elora, Hunter, Moneybags, Professor, Ripto, Crush & Gulp return.

Sgt Bird, Bentley, Sheila & Agent 9 do not return.


Take this with a massive grain of salt as this leaker has almost no sources to back up his claims. I just wanted to share it here since he's claiming we will witness it revealed less than a week from now, so I can inevitably return to this thread to post F on October 5.
