congratulations, you have joined countless players all around the globe who were enraged by that level back in 90s and in a current year after Remake drop-in. this, along with "trouble with the trolley eh?", the most know developers' sadistic pranks
don't feel bad for not being able to figure it out. it is really convoluted and unintuitive puzzle - everybody struggled with it
anyway! in order to get on that island you must chain together dozens Supercharge routes, including running them BACKWARDS (against the navigation arrows). you must run thry most of Supercharges, jump on another one, then on another, then on another, sometimes doing 180 turns in air - the certain combination of routers will lead you far and high enough that you will be able to glide on that island and get the treasures
there are plenty of guides on YouTube. if you really do struggle with getting here, then watch them. no hard feeling. that section is annoying
There's a dragon you rescue at the first supercharge ramp from which you can actually get to another who tells you that this is something you can do. So it's obscure - but they do tell you.
couldn't do it my 30yo - and had to google the guide
welcome to the club! we call it "what were they thinking with that supercharge BS" club
