"Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time" on another hand, runs at uncap framerate on base consoles (between 30 and 45fps), on PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X it maintain 60 frames mostly of the time (on PS5 and Series X should be a solid 60fps).
I literally put Spyro up against a wall with markings all over it, so that I could see how high he was jumping, screwed around with the frame-rate, and he didn't change jump height no matter what I did. Neither me, nor the 5+ people watching me stream the game could tell the difference.
